SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 We endeavour to process all orders within 3 business days.  During high volume times, or re-stocking periods, fulfilment may take longer than normally anticipated.  We will notify you by email if this is the case.  We ship via Canada Post, expedited service (insured and tracked) within Canada, and via UPS parcel (insured and tracked) to the US.If you have questions about your order, or would like information about express fulfillment/shipping, please contact us via email: 
 

 REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you’ve purchased your Huggaloops product from an independent retailer, please contact the retailer for their refund and exchange policy.  We will gladly accept return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered products purchased directly from Huggaloops within 30 days of sale.  If the product has been worn, washed, or if tags are removed it is considered FINAL SALE and not returnable. 

 We will accept returns and provide a full refund, less the original shipping cost, on new, unused, unaltered items within 30 days of order. A restocking fee of 10% will apply on any returns received which have been removed from  the original Huggaloops packaging.   We are happy to exchange new, unused, unaltered items, within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item(s).
